The latest product in Diamond's award-winning FirePort line of SCSI host adapters, the FirePort 40 Dual PCI Ultra/Ultra Wide Dual Channel SCSI host adapter is the best I/O solution available for multi-drive, multi-device systems in demanding environments including high-performance Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 desktops, professional graphics and video editing workstations and entry-level servers. Based on the same high-performance SCSI engine found in the existing FirePort products, the FirePort 40 Dual offers the same features, compatibility and performance, times two.

With support for up to 30 UltraSCSI devices, the FirePort 40 Dual also allows you to accommodate legacy Fast and Narrow devices in addition to the latest Ultra Wide SCSI peripherals without sacrificing performance.
